SMS terms.

A separate, optional choice

Checking the separate SMS option authorizes automated text messages about project appointments, updates, and marketing to the mobile number you provide. Both contact choices start unchecked. You can prepare an inquiry and purchase services without selecting either checkbox.

General contact permission is separate from SMS opt-in. Providing a phone number or agreeing to contact about an inquiry does not itself authorize automated project or marketing texts. SMS opt-in does not create a marketing email subscription.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies with project updates and marketing communications. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan. Message delivery depends on your carrier and network conditions; carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Stop messages or get help

Reply STOP to a text you receive to withdraw permission for further project updates and marketing texts. You may also ask us to stop through victor@thecontractorsfl.com or 786-972-1471. For help, reply HELP or contact Victor directly. You do not have to use a particular keyword to make a clear request to stop.

Declining or withdrawing SMS consent does not prevent an email conversation about your project. Tell us if your mobile number changes or is no longer yours.

Your choice and privacy

When direct submission is available, the server includes your separate contact and SMS choices, disclosure wording and version, source page and browser-supplied form start time in the inquiry email. Otherwise, these details appear in an editable email draft you must send yourself. A draft is not a server-verified record. Neither path sends an SMS or automatically enrolls you with a messaging provider.

We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. The privacy policy explains inquiry handling and browser storage. Contact Victor with questions about your permission or these terms.
